[Evergreen Broadacres] RAM Documents for Residents Annual Meeting on 20th July at 4PM

        Dear Evergreen Broadacres Residents,

Here we are once again at the time of the Residents Annual Meeting (RAM), the purpose of which is to prepare ourselves for the actual AGM in August.
Attached are the following documents...

*         The Agenda-Please note there is NO allowance for questions from the floor. Please provide any you may have in writing in the Dear Mr Chairman box in reception no later than Monday 16th July.

*         Chairman's Report to the meeting

*         The respective portfolio reports. Please note that Portfolio leaders will be happy to answer any questions or hear any suggestions or  you may have preferably in advance of the meeting ensuring a 1 on 1 interaction. Otherwise again use the Dear Mr Chairman box.

*         The Watering Hole proposal.
N.B. Please note that there are no minutes of last year's RAM as it was purely in preparation for the AGM held the following month and reports etc are recorded in the AGM minutes & the midterm RAM meeting was a report back only with no minutes recorded.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  It is imperative that you advise Jackie at reception of your attendance for both seating and catering purposes.

In order for us to start sharply on time it would be appreciated if you could make your way to the clubhouse a little earlier than the 4 PM start time in order to assist in the attendance registration.
