We hope you have enjoyed the little bit of Sunshine we've had this week! Unfortunately the rain is back this weekend...

Mandela Day Lavender Hill Football Club reminder - A very big thank you to all the donations already received, you can still bring your donations over the weekend.

Desiree of MAC Coaching will be here on Wednesday, 26 July for another one of her educational talks, this time
the topic is Healthy Ageing and a Healthy Diet.
Presented at the BIG TV area at 10h30
RSVP to Reception for seating purposes.

Our August Wellness Journal (attached) on "National Woman's Day" which will be celebrated on 9 August.

As you may have noticed, we have a number of new faces within our Muizenberg Team. We would like to formally introduce them to you (see below)
These gents have all joined our Utility Team and our dedicated MacDonald (Maccie) has been promoted to join the Maintenance Team.
In true Muizenberg style, join us in welcoming and wishing them all well in their new roles.
