        Dear Resident,

Trust you are keeping warm & cozy during this rainy weather.

Attached are three posters adverting so up & coming National Days you may wish to celebrate;

  *   15 July is National Give Something away day
  *   17 July is National Hot Dog Day
  *   25 July is National Wine & Cheese Day

We have received communication from Physiotherapy at Home who would like to you remind you that they remain committed to providing a safe and effective physiotherapy solution for your treatment requirements. The below is a reminder of their comprehensive safeguards put in place to protect you during your engagement with their physiotherapy staff:

*         Regular screening of each physiotherapist is conducted through means of risk screening questionnaires and touchless thermal temperature checks.

*         Comprehensive hygiene protocols are strictly adhered to by all physiotherapy staff.

*         Strict infection prevention controls are in place with our physiotherapy staff through use of appropriate personal protection equipment, such as face masks, gloves, and aprons, which are utilized for each and every resident seen.

*         Cleaning of all treatment equipment and appropriate treatment intervention areas, pre-treatment and post-treatment, for each resident is strictly adhered to.

*         Continual revision of our safety measures to stay up to date with the latest available information, research, and management protocols for the safety of your residents.

General Reminders

  *   General waste must only be placed outside of your unit in the mornings between 8 am - 9am. Please do not put your waste outside the night before, this can attract vermin and could possibly be a hazard during an emergency.
  *   Friday night Fish & Chips - please follow up with the bistro on ext. 2253 by 4.30pm if you have not received your order
  *   Remember to inform reception, ext 9 when you are staying out of the village for one night or more.
