[Rasp] RASP Beta Not Updated

Greetings all

I've been monitoring RASP Beta update times for the past few weeks. Updates
have been sporadic and the last update was on the 19th June. Below is a
table summary of the latest and earliest updates of the RASP Beta data
files split by forecast day. I've used standard RASP terminology for day 0,
1, 2, etc. For example, Day 0, also known as "Today's" forecast, was last
updated on June 16th, as indicated by the "Last Modified" field in the
directory https://rasp.org.za/beta/ZS2/FCST/.
