[Rasp] RASP Whatsapp group

Hi All

We setup this mailing list as not all folk use the same Instant 
Messengers. Also IM does not conveniently archive things.

But we do have a Whatsapp group and there are pilots who prefer WA to 
e-mail. Particularly when using mobile devices. So if there are pilots 
who prefer giving feedback on WA, I will add them to that group. I am 
keen to get feedback so we can direct effort to best suit the 
requirements of the community.

So expect to see some new names on the WA group and let me know if there 
are others that we should add.
