[Rasp] RASP Beta Not Updated

Hi Ria

The VM had run out of disk space. Thanks for letting me know about the 
problem.

It is keeping archives of multiple forecasts for the same day (+1, +2 
etc), which use up disk space quite quickly. I need to do some planning 
and housekeeping to set which forecasts get archived, and where we keep 
the archives and whether or not they get backed up.

For now I have deleted some of the redundant archives so we get get 
forecasts running again.
