[Rasp] RASP Forecast 2km Resolution Concerns

Hi everyone

Thanks for the work you guys have been doing with regards to the RASP
upgrade. I've got some very serious concerns about the 2km
resolution model, which has replaced the 1.3km one. The 1.3km model is what
made RASP the number one forecast in Cape Town. There was no other model
that came close to its accuracy in forecasting the wind flow around our
mountains, specifically, Table Mountain. There are many paragliding
pilots in the tandem industry who rely on it. Myself included.

Over the past two weeks, RASP 2km has been incorrect for the wind shadow
prediction. Can we please revert to a lower-resolution model?

Also, I've noted that the forecasts update in the morning daily without an
evening update - would it be possible to go back to getting an evening
forecast for "tomorrow" (as per RASP terminology)? Cape Town weather
changes quickly, and having the evening update was extremely useful in
making plans for the next day. With the distances we drive to flying sites,
the morning's "today" forecast was "nice", but the previous evening's
"tomorrow" forecast was more important in deciding what to do the next day.

Many thanks
