[Rasp] Test E-mail

Hi All

If you get this, the mailing list is working.

To send mail:

  * you must be a subscriber to the list
  * send your message to "rasp at lists.zsd.co.za"
  * you must send "from" the address you used when subscribing.

So far the following have successfully subscribed. Francois, Ian, Keith, 
Ria and Sean.
