[Evergreen Muizenberg]

Dear Residents,

We would like to remind all residents of the notice issued on 25 June on employing foreign nationals privately.

As indicated in the notice, should we not have all the required documentation on file, access to the village will be denied until the necessary documentation has been submitted. If you are unsure if all the information has been submitted to the office, you may enquire at reception.

This also includes South African private workers

Documentation required for South African workers

  *   Copy of ID (front  & Back)
  *   Criminal Check / Police Clearance; not older than 2 years
  *   Village Access Consent form completed by all parties

Documentation required for foreign nationals

  *   A valid passport
  *   Valid asylum seeker or refugee status
  *   A valid work permit or visa authorising employment with South Africa
  *   Any other supporting documentation that may be reasonably requested to verify lawful status and employment
  *   Village Access Consent form completed by all parties
