[Evergreen Bergvliet] ELV BGV - EVERGREEN BERGVLIET NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 14 JUNE 2022

        Dear Resident

Please note that the 2022 Annual General Meeting will take place Tuesday 14 June 2022 at 14h00 in the Sonnenhof Manor House (Bistro).

Attached you will find the agenda pack with all the relevant information. We would like to highlight a few very important notes from the attached documents.

  *   Please hand-deliver the duly completed Rescom Nomination Form to the Village Manager (including a photo), alternatively email

same to liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za<mailto:liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za> , by no later than 16h00 on Tuesday 7th June 2022.

  *   Please submit questions regarding any of the AGM matters which warrants discussion in writing to the Village Manager,

alternatively emailed to liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za<mailto:liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za> , so as to be received by no later than 16h00 on Tuesday 7th June 2022.

The intention is to limit the duration of the AGM and the subsequent risk of exposure at the venue

  *   Life Right Holder(s) (who are recorded as such in the register of the Village as at the Record Date)

are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM or to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote in their stead.

Proxies to be limited to residents of a village (incl. tenants.) All Proxy Appointment Forms must be hand-delivered to

the Village Manager, alternatively emailed to liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za<mailto:liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za>, by no later than 16h00 on Monday, 13 June 2022.

  *   It is important for all residents who wish to attend the AGM to RSVP by 16h00 on Monday, 13 June 2022.

  *   Each Life Right shall carry a single vote. Where a Life Right is jointly held by more than 1 (one) Life Right Holder, such vote shall be exercised jointly by them.

  *   Due to limited space, only 1 resident per household will be allowed to attend the AGM.

We respectfully request that each resident takes responsibility for their own safety by wearing a mask during the meeting. There will be no catering or gather after the AGM.
