[Melrose Arch Tenant] Melrose Arch Road Works Commencing 22 April 2024

        Dear Tenant & Resident

Please note we will be commencing with our Road Works Project on the 22nd of April (Monday).

We will be starting with the portion from the booms situated to the left of Amdec House to Tigers Milk booms.

African Pride Hotel guests will utilise the reserved parking at Old House Lane for guest drop offs starting the 22nd of April.

All residents & Hotel drop offs will utilise Crescent Drive in order to gain access to the above stated drop off area.

There will be a security officer to allow access to Hotel guest drop offs.

Additionally, to the above, we will create a loading zone area by 2 Old House Lane for goods to be dropped off for Parreirinha restaurant.
