Dear Tenant;

Please note that we have granted JHB Pride permission to host their annual parade and event with us at Melrose Arch on the 27th October 2018.

Floor plan attached to illustrate venue location - Melrose Boulevard from Corlet Drive to 44 Melrose Boulevard and into Whiteley Road just before the Piazza and the Screen.

There will be road closure from 16h00 on the 26th October 2018 until the strike down of the event with a clear venue by midnight of the 27th October 2018.

The event will run from 09h00 - 19h00 on the 27th October 2018.

There will be noise owing to the nature of the event being a concert (Ambient music from 09h00, parade at 13h00 and first DJ at 14h00) with parade at 13h00 and an expected 6000-8000 guests.

The parade will leave from Melrose Boulevard to Corlett Drive, along Atholl and returning into Melrose Boulevard into the event space.

Uber drop off and collection is on Melrose Boulevard from Corlett drive and once the event ends at 19h00, all patrons and guests will be ushered and guided towards this area for collection to the after party at Babylon in Sandton.

Tickets for the event at Melrose Arch is free and all are welcome however the area is access controlled.

Tickets for the events leading towards the JHB Pride parade and concert at Melrose Arch including the Melrose Arch VIP section, Dinner and After party is fully booked.
