<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Helvetica">There will be road closure from 16h00 on the 26<sup>th</sup> October 2018 until the strike down of the event with a clear venue by midnight of the 27<sup>th</sup> October 2018.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Helvetica">There will be noise owing to the nature of the event being a concert (Ambient music from 09h00, parade at 13h00 and first DJ at 14h00) with parade at 13h00 and an expected 6000-8000 guests.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Helvetica">The parade will leave from Melrose Boulevard to Corlett Drive, along Atholl and returning into Melrose Boulevard into the event space.
