        Dear Tenant,

Kindly note that we have given permission to The Vault, Melrose Arch to host the exclusive opening of the A. Lange & Söhne
Tuesday, 13th March 2018 from 18h30.

Further important notes to consider:

  1.  The High Street will be closed to traffic for the set-up and event from 6h00- 13th March to 10h00-14th March | Closure : Crescent Dr to African Pride Hotel
  2.  Brand Evolution will be responsible and onsite from 9h00-13th March for the set-up and décor of 2x clear view gazebos and lounge / cognac bar
  3.  Luxury Vehicles will form part of the set-up & décor elements on display
  4.  Solo saxophonist player and background music thereafter
  5.  AV Active will be responsible for the audio/visual set-up
  6.  Ribbon Cutting ceremony between 20h00-20h30.
  7.  Strike of the event will take place from 22h30
  8.  2x gazebos will be removed the following morning and The High Street to reopen by 10h00.
