        Dear Tenant,

I have attached the Kids Cycle Race 2018 event proposal for your information,
Should you like to get involved into this event and form part of the sponsor/partner list and advertising material, please refer to the below opportunity list, you may choose what you would like to sponsor
and advise by no later than 28 February 2018 of your chosen involvement, your suggestions are welcome.

This event will cater for 1500 kids
Section 18A Certificate will be issued to all sponsors | Remember this is a charity event, all proceeds go to Smile Foundation.
Post event publicity via press release and personalised mentions on your contribution


  1.  Pit Stop | Refreshment Station - water, juice | Set-up - trestle tables, your branding , 4x volunteers to assist
  2.  Prizes for the kids with draw back to store options
  3.  Goodie bags content
  4.  Route Helium balloons, branded with your logo
  5.  Loyalty card e.g. Second visit free item, third visit 20% off, 4th visit free cold drink etc
  6.  Volunteers food and cold drinks
  7.  Cash donations towards a child's treatment with Smile Foundation
  8.  Bike Helmets & Scooters sale reserved for Greenbusters , please confirm?
  9.  Sponsor the flyer print
  10. Sponsor the cold drinks at finish, setup banners , gazebo, tables
  11. Sponsor the photobooth
  12. Sponsor the Start/ Finish Arches
  13. Sponsor a mascot

Your suggestions and contributions are welcome.
Tickets will go on sale from March 2018 via Ticket Pro, please remember to share the event with your database.
