[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear tenant,

Please note that we will be conducting transformer maintenance in the Precinct sub-stations between the 10th and 20th March.

To minimise the impact on the Precinct the work will be carried out after hours between 22:00 and 06:00.

Where applicable building generators will supply standby power to those areas/tenants with connections.
Our service provider will be onsite to attend to the Precinct generators, please ensure that your respective service providers are aware of the shut down and that your contingency plans are in place.

All electrical equipment and power points must be treated as LIVE during the shutdown.

Please advise your IT team to take the necessary precautions.

Please ensure that your staff, colleagues, visitors, residents and guests are aware of the shutdown.

Please see the table below for the tenants that will be affected first on the 10th/11th March.

Further details will be provided 24H on a daily basis in advance for the tenants to be affected next.
