        Dear Resident,

I have again heard of residents who have been 'duped' by internet scammers. I cannot
remind you enough to be extra cautious when on the internet and on the different social
media platforms. There are very few companies that run online competitions, raffles or
'lucky draws'. And none that do them for large amounts.

If you have not entered a competition then there is absolutely no chance that you should
be winning anything. The scammers are very good at what they do.

To be on the safe side, do not answer telephone or mobile calls from numbers you do not
know, do not reply to mails from people you do not know.

If it is to 'good to be true' then generally it is.

Please see below and also find attached letter regarding cyber fraud.
