[Evergreen Muizenberg] Revised Lock-down visitation protocol 16 September 2020

[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Resident

Following on the mail sent at the end of last month the Department of Co-Operative Governance and Traditional
Affairs have revised Regulations of the National Lockdown declared in terms of the Disaster Management Act 57
of 2002 on 11 September 2020.

In terms of Section 11 of the said Regulations, visits by members of the public to older persons' facilities are now
permitted subject to certain protocols being implemented, thankfully not much has changed from our prospective.

Please see below extract in this regard:

In view of the fact the Regulations now allow for visitations by members of the public to our Village, please make
contact with the Village Management Team at least 12 (twelve) hours prior to such visitation taking place in order
for us make the necessary arrangements and take the necessary precautions.

Please note that any visitor entering the Village will be subjected to a screening questionnaire and symptom
checking examination upon entering the Village lifestyle centre.
