        Dear Resident,

DELAY IN CONVENING OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

I hope you and your respective families are keeping safe, fit and healthy during these trying times.

Given that we are all required to adhere to the national regulations of the Disaster Management Act 57 of 2002,
it is currently impractical to convene the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for the Village, which by its very
nature would require a large gathering of persons, last year we had around 170 persons.

As of yet it is uncertain when large gatherings of persons will once again be allowed. We are expected to be
addressed by the President this week-end.

In the circumstances, kindly be advised that we will only be in a position to convene the AGM once large gatherings,
without strict social distancing restrictions are once again permitted and it is safe to attend such meetings in person.
