        Dear Resident,

Firstly thank you to all those residents who have already sent off letters of objection and those who have sent return emails pledging their support. Please send off your personal letters / mails before the week-end to make sure they with-in the time stipulated, Monday 28 October 2019. Please do not reply to this e-mail, as this is from a bulk e-mail program.

Further to my correspondence of yesterday. Please find attached a generic letter for the objection to the proposed site development for a fuel station. For those of you who do not have a printer or do not want to print, simply call reception and we will deliver a letter to you. Alternatively come to reception to collect a copy of the letter. All residents who elect to use the generic letter are to please sign, write their name and unit number in the letter. I will be delivering the letters on Friday to Sillito.

Once again I encourage all residents to sign an objection.
