[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Resident,

Further to my mail on Friday regarding the proposal to develop the open piece of property on the corner of Prince George Drive / M5 and St. Georges Street and which also borders our village phases 1 and 3.
I have had some clarity from our environmental consultants regarding the objection process. They have advised that submitting individual objections are preferable to a petition.

So this is again an appeal to ALL residents to do a formal objection to this proposed development.
This can be done in two ways.


  *   You can write your own email or letter, this should be addressed to:

The following is an extract from the original mail we received.

"If you would like to register as an interested and affected party (I&AP) and/ or comment on the Pre-Application Draft Basic Assessment Environmental Impact Assessment Report, please do so in writing, giving your name and contact details as well as an indication of your interest in this matter and of any direct business, financial, personal or other interest that you may have in relation to this proposal. Please quote the SEC Project Number, 06125 in all correspondence."


  *   OR I will be preparing a letter of objection which you can simply fill in with your details and sign. This will be made available at the front desk or if you wish we can bring it to you for your details and signature. An SMS will be sent to all residents once this letter is ready.
