[Evergreen Diep River]

        Dear Resident

We have arranged a Feedback Meeting for everyone to update you on budget savings made to date as well as various discussions held around the health and catering levies which are to be introduced after consultation. Rescom would like to meet with all residents in smaller groups, floor by floor, to allow each person to have time to ask questions. We propose to meet with 1st floor residents (101-119) at 2pm, followed by 2nd Floor resident (201-219) at 3pm and lastly 3rd floor residents (301-319) at 4pm.

The Agenda for Feedback meeting to Residents will cover the following points:

  1.  Welcome
  2.  Purpose of meeting
  3.  Brief background
  4.  Explanation of budgetary items:

  1.  Security
  2.  Staff
  3.  Catering
  4.  Health

  1.  Discussion around movement of date for levy increase.
  2.  General and way forward
  3.  Q&A


If you are not able to meet with the group, please contact Kathy Scott or one of your Rescom committee to make a personal time/appointment.
