        Dear Resident

We have been informed that we are dependent on the schedule of the IEC, who will set up a voting station at the village to ensure that all our residents who have registered for a special vote, can be accommodated.


  *   The Presiding Officers (PO) at each Voting station will start on Saturday morning and are likely to have completed these visits by the end of the day. We expect them anytime from 9am on Saturday and/or Sunday but sadly they won't phone before they arrive.
  *   When you have been informed via SMS by reception that the that the IEC are present and ready for you, please make your way down to the Recreation Room with your ID.
  *   Please wait until you have been contacted before proceeding to the Recreation Room.
  *   We will set up the voting station in the Recreation Room on Friday afternoon so that it is ready for the IEC.
  *   The Westcott Primary and South Peninsula High POs may have to continue their visits into Sunday because of the number of Care Homes and consequent large of Special Votes that have to be accommodated.
  *   If a resident is confined to their bed, the PO will have to visit them at their apartment.
  *   Residents that have not registered for a special vote or received an SMS confirming their special registration, will need to go to Westcott Primary to cast their vote on the 1 November.

The DA Voting district Captain (VD Captain) at each Voting Station will only be able to get an idea of when your PO will visit your Home early on Saturday morning. Please contact me if you have any queries.
