end of the day. We expect them anytime from 9am on Saturday and/or Sunday but sadly they won’t phone before they arrive.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">When you have been
<b>informed via SMS</b> by reception that the that the IEC are present and ready for you, please make your way down to the Recreation Room with your ID.
<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Please
<b>wait until you have been contacted</b> before proceeding to the Recreation Room.
<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We will set up the voting station in the Recreation Room on Friday afternoon so that it is ready for the IEC.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The
<b>Westcott Primary</b> and South Peninsula High POs may have to continue their visits into Sunday because of the number of Care Homes and consequent large of Special Votes that have to be accommodated.
<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">If a resident is confined to their bed, the PO will have to visit them at their apartment.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Residents that have not registered for a special vote or received an
<b>SMS confirming their special registration</b>, will need to go to <b>Westcott Primary
