Good stuff!
On the soundings, have a look in the /GM folder and look for a .NCL file with the long list of sounding locations. You need to copy the ZS12 section(for example) further down to a new section like “ZS12+1”. All models need their own list, so it gets a bit long. Then the model run will find the locations there and plot them. The error messages are not that obvious for this when they are missing.
If you want new sounding locations, I can walk you through how to do it.
