[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenants and Residents,

Please be advised that Rand Water will be conducting planned maintenance on their Palmiet System, which will affect Johannesburg Water’s Sandton system, from 29 May to 2 June 2026.

While Melrose Arch has backup water supply systems in place and no interruptions are currently anticipated within the precinct, we would like to encourage all tenants, residents, retailers, and restaurants to use water sparingly during this period as a precautionary and responsible measure.

As a precinct, we remain committed to sustainable resource management and proactive operational support, and we appreciate your cooperation during this period.
