[Melrose Arch Tenant] REMINDER !! Relay Replacement and Switch Gear Repairs

[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenants,

Please remember that the Precinct’s electrical service provider will be replacing Relays and undertaking Repairs on the Switch Gear on Friday 27/03/2026-28/03/2026 from 21H00-04H00.

Substations that will be affected
Sub B1 (10 Melrose)
Sub B2 (‘STANLIB Building)
Sub B3 (3 Melrose Blvd)
Sub B4 (1 Melrose Blvd)
Sub C1 (African pride)
Sub C2 (Mezzanine)
Sub C32 (Building E2)

Relays to be Replaced.
Switch No 3= Sub B1 feeder. 21H00-22H00. Relay.
Switch No 4= Sub B4 feeder. 22H00-23H00.Relay.
Switch No 5= Sub C3 feeder. 23H00-00H00.Relay.
Switch No 6= Sub C1 feeder. 00H00-02H00.Relay.

Switch Gear Repairs.
Sub C1 (African pride) 01H00-02H00 / Motor ratchet.
Piazza Sub - 02H00 – 03H00 / Replace Bucholtz relay.
Consumer Sub - 03H00 - 04H00 / Replace limit switch.

All generators will be running during the replacement of the relays / repairs that is taking place.

Please note that during this time, all electrical equipment, plug points and switches must be treated as live.

Please ensure that all data is backed up, that all servers are shut down or are in safe mode.

Should you have any UPS’s or alternate sources of standby power, please ensure that the equipment is in working order.
