[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Valued Tenants,

Please be advised that work will take place in the walkway in front of Cuisino on Monday, 30 March 2026.

The scope of work will include lifting the paving, breaking through the screed, installing the required services, and thereafter reinstating the paving.

Kindly note that noisy activities are scheduled to occur between 17:00 and 20:30. Thereafter, the team will continue with non-disruptive work until completion.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
