[Melrose Arch Tenant] REMINDER!! Planned LV Substation Maintenance | 23–30 March 2026

Dear Valued Tenants,

Please be advised of the planned maintenance on the LV Substation breakers scheduled from 23- 30 March 2026. Kindly refer to the attached schedule for detailed timings and affected areas. During this period, all generators will be running. Please note that all electrical equipment, plug points, and switches must be treated as live at all times.

Kindly ensure that:

·         All data is backed up in advance

·         All servers are safely shut down or placed in safe mode

·         Any UPS or alternate standby power sources are checked and confirmed to be in proper working condition
