[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenants,

As part of the Mandela Month initiatives, Melrose Arch has partnered with the Mandela Foundation, which is hosting the Mandela Foundation Walk and Run event. The event will take place at the Wanderers Stadium on Sunday, 19 July.

In addition, the Foundation will offer a Park and Walk or Tuk Tuk option from 44 Melrose Boulevard on the same day, to the Wanderers Stadium.

Kindly find attached the following documents for your attention:

  *   The production schedule for the race pack collection.
  *   The Piazza floor layout.
  *   The Mandela Race and Walk route
     *   Please note that BYD will display two vehicles on Slip Street and Cross Street on both days, in line with Melrose Arch standards.

Please note the following operational details:

  *   Setup will commence at 05:00. BYD's flooring will be installed first.
  *   The event activation will run from 09:00 to 16:00.
  *   An MC and DJ will be present throughout the activation.

Lastly, in support of Mandela Month, we have granted permission for a Marimba Band to perform on the Square and in front of The Melrose Gallery from 13:00 on Mandela Day (Saturday 18 July)
