Dear Tenant,

Kindy note that there will be a protest taking place at 39 Melrose Boulevard, from 10am-1pm today. Our Security teams are adequately briefed, and the necessary security protocols are in place to control the unwanted civil action in the best way possible.

The following security measures will be implemented

  *   All entry and exit precinct gates will be partially closed
  *   Security will do a stop and greet during which they will observe and detect any out of the ordinary situations
  *   We aim to move the protestors to a location outside the Precinct
  *   Should the team fail, the protestors will be contained in a location outside 39 Melrose Boulevard, which will bring the following security measures into play:
     *   Melrose Boulevard between Parking Entrance 1 and Crescent drive will be closed to all traffic
     *   Traffic along Melrose Boulevard will be diverted along Crescent drive, up High street into Whiteley road
     *   Vehicles will still be allowed to exit at Parking 1 yet no entry
     *   All other basement entry points will be operational
  *   SAPS as well as additional security personal will be on point to assist with crowd control
