[Melrose Arch Tenant] Parket | Melrose Arch Ticketless Parking

Dear Valued Tenant

This is a reminder that  Melrose Arch is transitioning to a fully cashless, ticketless parking system with Parket as our service provider

This means that all visitors to the Precinct can pay for parking;

  1.  By simply imputing their vehicle's number plate at the kiosks located at various pay points across the precinct. Thereafter, pay via tap Debit/ Credit card, Mastercard, Snap Scan or Zapper. It's simple just tap, pay & go.
  2.  Downloading the Parket App

What you need to know
§  Paper tickets and pay stations will no longer be in use.
§  It is important that all visitors know vehicle's number plate
§  Entry and exit will be automatic, with parking fees recorded and billed via the Parket system.

§  You don't need to download the Parket App to pay for parking. Kiosks are available for one-time payment purposes or scan QR code below and select Pay & Go
Parking for Clients / Events / Functions

  *   The purchase of pre-paid, pre-validated tickets will no longer be available post the transition to cashless, ticketless parking.
  *   Please contact the Parket support team on 067 297 4778 and Help at parket.co.za<mailto:Help at parket.co.za> for assistance in creating your organisations own Parket profile and dashboard.
  *   The dashboard will allow you to pre-book parking for your clients and / or large events.
  *   Standard parking tariffs apply
Why This Change?
This upgrade is designed to:

  *   Streamline entry and exit for less traffic congestion and a faster, more efficient parking experience.
  *   Eliminate ticket waste and support our commitment to sustainability.

  *   Reduce delays and inconvenience caused by lost tickets or payment queues.
Immediate Next Steps

  *   Download the Parket app today by scanning the attached QR code or downloading the Parket app from the Google play store or App store.

  *   Ensure registration is complete before to-be-advised transition date to avoid any disruption to your parking access.
