[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear all

Please note that the Precinct will be conducting on-load tests of its generators and BMS (Building Management Software) systems on Monday staring at 08:30 and lasting approx. two hours.

During this time certain generators will run under load and will provide power to the buildings.

Please advise your colleagues, staff and visitors of the testing.

Please ensure that your IT team is aware of the testing.
Please ensure that all data is backed-up, and that the servers are safe.

Please treat all electrical equipment and power sources as live during this time.
