[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear All,

On March 13th, 2025, several roads around The Wanderers Club in Illovo will be closed due to the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. Please note the following details:

Road Closures and Restrictions:

- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Roads around The Wanderers Club will be closed.
- 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Specific intersections will be closed, including Rudd Rd, Atherstone Rd, North St, Jellicoe Ave, Melrose St, Greenacres Dr, Glenhove Rd, Kernick Ave, St Andrew St, Oxford Rd, and Wrenrose Ave.
- 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Melrose St intersections with Somerville Ave and Venus St will also be restricted.

Affected Areas:

- Rosebank, Melrose, and Birdhaven precincts will experience temporary road restrictions.

Event Details:

- Start Time: 6:30 PM (start line opens at 6:00 PM)
- Event Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

To avoid disruptions, please ensure you plan your travel accordingly and leave at the correct times. Trained traffic marshals will manage crucial intersections along the race route.
