We would like to inform you that Melrose Arch is aware of the current water challenges. Rand Water is undertaking unplanned maintenance, which has resulted in low or no water pressure in our area.

We kindly ask that you use water sparingly during this time.

Dear tenant,

We are aware of the low /no pressure effecting the precinct. Our team is engaging with Johannesburg Water who reported that the Parktown 2 Reservoir is running low due to an upstream issue.

We have no estimated time of restoration. Our call centre will keep in touch with Johannesburg Water and keep us updated.
