[Evergreen Bergvliet]

Dear Residents

We are pleased to share an update on the Clubhouse leak repairs.

The contractors have successfully completed the ceiling repairs and painting in the office, reception, and bar area, bringing us one step closer to fully restoring the space.

This Saturday, 19 April, the contractors will be on-site to install additional gutters which will impact access through the main entrance.

Some areas remain affected while the damaged items are being manufactured and replaced.

While these repairs are underway, the reception help desk will continue to operate from the Bistro, ensuring uninterrupted village services.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize these repairs.
