[Evergreen Bergvliet]

Dear Residents

Please take note of the upcoming Clubhouse repair schedule. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to improve our facilities.

On Saturday, 12 April, contractors will be on-site initiating ceiling repairs in the Clubhouse office.

Then, beginning on Monday, 14 April, prep work will commence in the reception and bar area. To ensure safety, the bar area will be temporarily cordoned off with drop sheets.

During this period, we kindly request that you refrain from using the reception sliding door entrance. Please utilize the glass door entrance located near the golf carts for Clubhouse access.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we complete these necessary repairs.
