[Evergreen Bergvliet] Bistro Festive Season Schedule

        Dear Residents,

As we approach December and the year comes to a close, I'd like to inform you about some changes in the Bistro's operations for the Holiday season.
Please note the following:

Social Dinners:

  *   The last Social Dinner for 2024 will be the Year-end / Christmas Dinner on Wednesday, 4 December. (event is fully booked)
  *   The date for the first Social Dinner in 2025 will be shared once we see activity in the village picks up again.

Christmas Carols:

  *   No catering will be provided and residents are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks as usual.
  *   Please note the event has moved from Friday, 13 December to Friday, 6 December.

Bistro Closure:

  *   The Bistro will be closed from Monday, 23 December and will re-open on Monday, 6 January.
  *   During this time coffee and cake will still be available in the bistro should the demand justify it.

Christmas Lunch:

  *   Based on the last year's interest, Christmas lunch service cannot be justified. Therefore, there will be no Christmas lunch served.

New Year's Eve:

  *   As in past years, residents are welcome to get together for New Year's Eve celebrations.
  *   All the Clubhouse facilities and resources are available to be utilised.
