        Dear Resident,

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported the bistro since Servest took charge of catering services in the village. Despite one social dinner not
going as planned, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and Servest has recovered by serving some amazing meals. The consistent attendance at social dinners,
which is the main revenue source for the caterers in our village, is also greatly appreciated.

However, I need to address three areas where we require your cooperation:

  *   Bookings: It has become a common practice for residents to have their names added to the seating plan for social dinners without making a booking or selecting

a menu before the booking deadline. Please note that bookings are only confirmed once we received the menu selection and not based on the seating plan.
                Furthermore, we often receive booking requests after the deadline and during weekends when orders are already placed. While we will always do our best to
accommodate everyone, our catering resources are limited, and we heavily depend on proper and timeous planning. Consequently, we may not always be able
to accommodate every last-minute request.

  *   Cancellation of Bookings: We understand that there are valid reasons for meal cancellations, but changes right before service starts can disrupt the dining experience

for other residents or result in losses for the caterer if not charged for. Going forward, take-away orders requested at short notice will only be delivered after service or

alternatively, meals can be collected at the clubhouse before service starts. Cancellations received on the day of the dinner will also have to be charged in full.

  *   Payment: While most residents settle their bills promptly, some delays have been noted, leading to challenges in manual tracking of accounts. To streamline processes

and minimize last-minute cancellations, we kindly request that all a la carte bills be paid directly after meals and pre-payment be made for events and social dinners to

confirm bookings. If for any reason special arrangements needs to be made, please contact me directly.
