        Dear Residents,

As you must all be aware by now, we have been experiencing issues with the borehole pump that broke down just before Christmas and could only be
replaced a few days later due to many businesses not being open during that time.

Subsequently we have had further breakdowns of parts in the borehole and irrigation system, some of which we were able to get replacement parts for
easily and some others with quite a struggle, again due to suppliers be closed and the parts not being "off the shelf" items from a hardware store.

We are expecting our service provider to have these parts soon and we hope to start the necessary repairs by early next week.

I understand your frustration but the breakdowns were not something we could have predicted nor the difficulty to source all the parts.
