Kindly find attached updated pricing for inverter and battery solutions offered by Micasa.

EVERGREEN LIFESTYLE – INVERTER AND BATTERY SOLUTIONS – MICASA ENERGY SOLUTIONS – UPDATED PROPOSAL

Please note the following:


  1.  Resident’s do not need to request individual quotations for their selected system as they are only required to select option 1, 2 or 3
from the proposal and complete the acceptance form on the last page. This will ensure an efficient and streamlined variation application process.

  1.  Once residents have made their selection, they are to proceed with the standard variation application process.
  2.  Options 1 & 2 can be approved by Village Management, with the approval sent to Head Office for filing.
  3.  Option 3 (solar and battery back-up) will need to be approved by Head Office.

Further to the above, please note that residents are encouraged to not install “off grid” type inverters. “Off grid” inverters are a different category of inverter and while it is physically possible to connect solar panels to this type of inverter the applicable local authority will not approve the system when we submit the applications. Residents will also not have the ability to add additional panels at a later stage and will require additional expenses which can be avoided by installing the correct recommended inverters.
