[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Residents,

We understand that many of you rely on regular visits from family members for healthcare and emotional support. We are therefore
introducing a "Family Access Form" whereby you as the resident can apply for easier access for relatives who visits you on a regular basis.
By providing the required information the screening process at the entrance will be avoided without compromising the village security and avoid any
congestion at the entrance at the same time.

Once the form is received back completed with a copy of the visitor's driver's license, a "Family" access sticker will be issued to be displayed
in the corner of the vehicle's windscreen. Also note that while we aim to make visitors access as simple as possible, it remains the residents
responsibility to ensure that their visitors comply with Village Visitors Rules and speed limits within the Village.
