RE: COUNCIL APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR VARIATIONS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT WITH WORKS.



Please be advised that it is imperative that residents are aware that they are not allowed to proceed with any work without prior council approval. Below is a list of variations needing council approval:



  *   Pergola installations
  *   Louvred Roof
  *   Covered roof installations
  *   Enclosed Patios (framed glass sliding doors or Glass stacking doors or any similar enclosures)
  *   Front door enclosures
  *   Built in Braais
  *   Carports



Any and all variation requests must be addressed to Village Management who will advise on whether or not council approval is required.

It is vitally important that residents wait for the necessary approval before carrying out any work.



Please note that it is a criminal offence to commence with works without obtaining the necessary approval and that council can prosecute and issue a fine or pursue legal action in connection with any illegal work done.



The Life Right Holder/s will personally be liable for any fines, penalties or legal action issued by Council.
