[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Resident,

We have received additional info from the Presiding Ward officers with regards to the Special Voting. Please see important details below:


  *   Presiding Officers (PO) will start on Saturday morning, 30th October by visiting all registered "Special Voting Stations".
  *   Our Clubhouse will be used to accommodate our residents with the special votes
  *   If a resident is confined to their bed, the Presiding Officer/s will have to visit them at their home
  *   Unfortunately the Presiding officers will not be contactable and will arrive without prior notification, we will contact residents when they are required to come to the Clubhouse.
  *   Residents that have not registered for a special vote or received an SMS confirming their special registration, will need to go to SCOUTS HALL, LADIES MILE SERVICE ROAD 9 (below) to cast their vote on the 1 November.

As per information received, representatives will be at the Scout's Hall during the course of the weekend for inquiries.
