Stations”.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Our Clubhouse will be used to accommodate our residents with the special votes<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">If a resident is confined to their bed, the Presiding Officer/s will have to visit them at their home<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Unfortunately the Presiding officers will not be contactable and will arrive without prior notification, we will contact
