[Evergreen Bergvliet] ELV BGV>Circular 32 - Maintenance/Variations and Construction - Level 3 Lockdown*

        Dear Resident

After the President's announcement indicating that under Level 3 of the National lockdown, the construction industry will be opening again on 1 June 2020, we've received a number of calls from residents inquiring if they can proceed with their approved variation request.

Please note that although the construction industry will be operating again, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, our Evergreen Villages will continue to only allow emergency maintenance and repair work to be done.

Patio roofs, enclosures, braai areas, louvre awnings, awnings and drop-down blinds are not deemed to be emergency maintenance or repair work and the installation of these items can only be done once the risk of infection has receded and it is deemed safe.

Your cooperation and patience with the above regulations are appreciated.
