if they can proceed with their approved variation request. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Please note that although the construction industry will be operating again, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, our Evergreen Villages will continue to only allow emergency maintenance
and repair work to be done. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Patio roofs, enclosures, braai areas, louvre awnings, awnings and drop-down blinds are not deemed to be emergency maintenance or repair work and the installation of these items can only be done once the risk
of infection has receded and it is deemed safe. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
