[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Resident,

Please note that to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, our village will continue to only allow emergency maintenance and repair work to be done.

Only contractors and service providers appointed by Evergreen management to complete essential maintenance and repair work will be entertained until notified otherwise. Requests for emergency maintenance work must be made with reception directly who will log the job and arrange for repair work to be undertaken.

No construction work or variations in the village will take place until further notice. Patio roofs, enclosures, braai areas, fire-places, louvre awnings, awnings and drop-down blinds are not deemed to be emergency maintenance or repair work. The installation of these items can only be done once the risk of infection has receded and it is deemed safe.

Having said this, we have vacant units that need to be refurbished to ready them for sales and/or to prepare them for their new owners. It has been agreed with Evergreen management that our appointed refurbishment team/contractors will be allowed onto the property, under very strict coronavirus health and safety protocols for contractors working in operational villages. Security and Covid 19 Protocols will be strictly enforced and any person who does not follow the rules will be asked to leave the premises
Your continued support is very much appreciated.  A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Similarly, the health and wellbeing of each and every resident is reliant to a very large extent on the actions of each of us as responsible individuals.
