roofs, enclosures, braai areas, fire-places, louvre awnings, awnings and drop-down blinds are not deemed to be emergency maintenance or repair work. The installation of these items can only be done once the risk of infection has receded and it is deemed safe.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

and/or to prepare them for their new owners. It has been agreed with Evergreen management that our appointed refurbishment team/contractors will be allowed onto the property, under very strict coronavirus health and safety protocols for contractors working
in operational villages. Security and Covid 19 Protocols will be strictly enforced and any person who does not follow the rules will be asked to leave the premises<o:p></o:p></span></p>
