        Dear Resident

Please find attached a circular on the revised billing process to facilitate payments for health care costs.

Heath care costs will be included on your Evergreen Lifestyles monthly levy statements and will reference Evergreen Health. It will be accompanied by a tax invoice indicating a breakdown of services rendered. This will enable you to review all costs related to Evergreen on one statement and settle the amount with one payment. The revised billing process will be effective on 01 March 2020.
